Concrete Batching Plants
IMMA’s strengthen and accurate concrete batching plants are preferred for ready mixed concrete production and long term concrete production in all types of construction sites. HBS’s work at -35°C or +50°C environment temperature with auxiliary & optional items. Universal / easy access spare parts, skilled after sales team and reputable suppliers makes it solid and sustainable. Provided as STATIONARY & MOBILE Plants in accordance with CE standards with the capacity between 30 m³/h and 120 m³/h
ISingle toggle jaw crushers featured by a hydraulic toggle adjusting mechanisms:
- Aggregate storage hoppers are manufactured as 3,4,5 or 6 compartments as requested. Storage capacity of hoppers are between 45 m³ and 360 m³. Structural and static analysis are done for hopper legs and hopper body. In case of request, it is possible to cover the hopper with heat isolated sheet metals, to adapt a grill and heating system by serpantine system. Aggregate weighing is done by 8 units of load-cells
- The mixers can be installed as pan, singleshaft, twinshaft or planet type. Whole range is interlined by abrasive-free and SJ355/T-52 for a long-lived and strong structure. Easy maintenance, reliable spare part, user-friendly mechanical design obtains a trouble-free plant processing.
- Conveyors and conveying systems are made by IMMA’s wide experience on crushing and screening abilities to submit the best in the class conveying and weighting/dosing operations. so that approves the most appropriate working angle and dimensions. 4 layered cord belt rubbers with high strength against abrasion, electric motors with suitable power and gearboxes are standardized supplies.
- Weighing of cement, water and additives are done by load-cells, connected to a PC/PLC for precise recipes. Material discharging also done by remote controlled butterfly valves.
- Cement silos are offered as bolted, to obtain lowered transporting cost for startup, dismantle and re-assemble. Delivered as all-in tools/indicators including level indicators, filter, air jet, butterfly valves, safety cages stairs, manhole, walk-away, etc. which are built as per structural & static analysis as per CE norms.
- Cement spirals are manufactured as per EU norms with appropriate diameter, length and working angles with easy to operate and accurate operational capabilities
- Central controller, computerized controlling unit obtains; online plant control, diagnosis, recipe variants, storage, customer management, efficiency and productivity with an on-line access with plant indicators.
